Asian Knot makers

I usually freak out over how much craft supplies I want all the time, because people have thought of the best things to make crafting even more interesting than it already is. But when I stumbled onto these Asian knot maker thing, I couldn't believe that they existed. Who makes those knots? I am so unbelievably unbelieving of their existence that I had to say something about it.
